Your tasks


We are looking for a "Head of Global Holding Netherlands (m/f/d) for our location in Maastricht (NL) with the following responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for the organization and the activities of the Continental holdings in Maastricht (“NL-holdings”) Ensure compliance of the NL-holdings with all internal and external regulations Main NL-contact person for the Group functions in Hanover Support the Group functions with financing issues, international projects, and participate in M&A projects Oversee and coordinate the relation with all subsidiaries worldwide (corporate housekeeping, dividend management, capital measures, …) Integrate new companies into the group structure (establishments, acquisitions, mergers, transfers of companies, etc.) Implement Group Tax strategy in the NL-holdings Support Group Tax in Hannover with international tax issues Organize and supervise the NL-holdings as a financing turn-table for the Continental Group Contact with the Authorities and external advisors




Your profile


Completed degree in law or business administration At least 5 to 7 years of experience within the Continental Group Proven leadership skills A good command of spoken and written English Good with figures, accurate, proactive, team player, and a hands-on mentality Solid knowledge and interest in corporate legal and finance matters Background in taxes is preferred but not required Good communication and social skills Enjoying international contacts
