As our Head of Finance, you will have the chance to join our company just after moving into new international markets and growing our business significantly. Together with our Founders, you\xe2\x80\x99ll plan the financial roadmap and have a long-term impact on the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and development.

You will have an impact on:

• \n
• As Head of Finance, you manage and professionalize the Start-up Group\'s finances and ensure that the company\'s funds are used as efficiently as possible - and that they do not run out\n
• You will be responsible for budget planning and the preparation of timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as monthly tax filings and annual tax returns\n
• You work in close collaboration with our tax offices and act as the first point of contact for auditors and authorities on financial topics\n
• Work closely with other departments such as our Founders Office and Revenue Management on various topics such as fundraising or company steering.\n
• Make your success tangible by working against KPIs with your team; closely collaborating with the BI team to regularly review and advance key performance metrics deriving insights, recommending strategic adjustments, and driving closure on action steps in partnership with the business\n
• You manage a small team, coaching, mentoring, and empowering them to their fullest potential\n

What you will add:

• 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least 1 year in a leadership position\n
• Experience leading and building a team effectively\n
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently\n
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus\n
• Fluency in English and German (B2-C2) is strong must\n
