Job Description
What you’ll do
Lead the finance function as the first and most senior hire, reporting directly to the founding team Oversee cash flow, working capital, tax, and regulatory requirements Set up scalable accounting, payroll, and reporting processes Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide decision-making and capital allocation Deliver clear financial reporting and dashboards, track KPIs, and help the leadership team stay focused on the company’s biggest growth levers
What we’re looking for
4+ years of experience in finance, including time spent in tier-1 startups, private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or consulting Meticulous attention to detail and high standards for accuracy+
Bonus Points
CPA or CFA certification Experience with SaaS or other recurring-revenue business models Experience managing international finance and multi-entity structures Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment Experience building and scaling the Finance function from the ground up in a startup environment

Compensation Range: €110K - €140K
