Aufgabe
Business Partner for the Management Identification of optimization potentials in the corporate steering process and joint implementation together with the involved departments Coordination of monthly financial reporting, forecasting and strategic financial as well as operational planning Carrying out regular analyses (quantitative and qualitative) Responsibility for investment and large order controlling Implementation of profit improvement projects on behalf of the Board of Management Management of a motivated team of several competent employees within the Corporate Controlling Department Close cooperation with and being deputy of the Head of Group Controlling
Qualifikation
Degree in business administration with a focus on finance At least three to five years of professional experience in management consulting or an exposed position with focus on finance topics (e.g. private equity, investment banking) Strong analytical and conceptual skills, quick comprehension and strategic thinking Commercial "all-rounder" with entrepreneurial competence and an implementation-oriented approach Ability to work in a team, above-average own initiative and strong communication skills Very good English and IT skills (MS Office, previous experience with SAP an advantage) * Several years of experience in a leadership position
