We are looking for a Head of Commercial Excellence to work as the Chief Growth Officer’s (CGO) trusted advisor. This high-impact role requires a strategic and analytical mindset, strong operational acumen, and the ability to drive execution. Your Responsibilities

Strategic Support to the CGO :
Partner closely with the CGO on daily priorities, including communications, decision-making, and high-level initiatives.
Shape Organizational Growth
: Optimize the department's internal processes and implement scalable structures that improve performance and enable growth.
Drive Cross-Functional Coordination:
Facilitate collaboration between teams and departments, proactively identifying any gaps or misalignments.
Enhance Leadership Effectiveness:
Removing roadblocks, driving clarity, and helping the leadership team move faster and more effectively.
Analyze and Enable Decision-Making:
Synthesize key data, reports, and insights to support strategic decision-making at the leadership level
Your profile:

Experience:
Significant experience in strategy, consulting, or chief of staff roles
Proven ability to drive complex projects and influence across teams and departments
Strong business acumen, with experience in high-growth environments
Exceptional organizational skills with an open, collaborative communication style
Proactive and solution-oriented; you thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Experience in high-growth environments, startups, or tech companies is a plus
* Fluency in English and German is required.
