Join our DEEP team as

Head of AgTech & Food

(m/f/x, full-time, 40 hrs./week, starting as soon as possible, limited)


and help shape the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.

How you will make a difference

Build and lead DEEP’s new Agtech & Food vertical, reporting directly to the Managing Director of DEEP Define the vertical’s product, program, and partnership strategy Play an active role in fundraising efforts Oversee all vertical operations with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset Establish and manage strong relationships with partners/stakeholders from research, corporates, startup ecosystem, and beyond Develop a regional network of seasoned entrepreneurs, deep-tech investors, corporate leaders, and scientists Serve as a visible and vocal ambassador for DEEP on the international stage Build and lead the vertical’s future team

What makes you a great fit

Have a proven track record in successfully building and managing ventures or businesses Bring 5+ years of experience at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation, and the agriculture & food sector Have successfully led international teams, ideally in hybrid setups Demonstrate the ability to manage complex senior stakeholder environments (C-level) with strong service orientation and excellent communication skills Show a high level of commitment and work ethic Are well-organized, able to multitask, and meet tight deadlines Are fluent in spoken and written English
