, you will lead and shape the group-wide accounting function, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting across all

This role carries end-to-end responsibility for group and local accounting, team leadership across multiple countries, and close collaboration with the CFO on financial governance and scalability. You will play a critical role in strengthening financial structures that support sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead Group Accounting and manage local accounting teams across Berlin and Wroclaw (10 team members). Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all group entities. Prepare and review annual financial statements for all

legal entities in close coordination with the CFO. Manage external partners including auditors, tax advisors, and other financial consultants across multiple countries. Develop and implement group-wide accounting, compliance, intercompany, transfer pricing, and spending guidelines.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of professional experience in accounting, including proven team leadership responsibility. Strong hands-on experience preparing annual financial statements, ideally in trade or manufacturing environments. Solid understanding of group accounting, intercompany transactions, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to lead, develop, and align accounting teams. A structured, proactive, and ownership-driven working style with the ability to operate autonomously while aligning weekly with the CFO.
