Contribute to the development of business strategy from an HC perspective
monitoring KPIs and status
ensure compliance within law, global/local frameworks, standards and policies
Support Merger & Acquisitions from initial stage to Post-Merger Integration
Manage Discipline and Grievance
Prepare and perform Workers Council negotiations, Company agreements
Ensure HC compliance
Good HC IT Knowledge, Process optimizing, Tool affinity
Strong drive for digitalization
Requirements:
Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable qualifications
Several years of solid professional experience as an HR business partner, ideally in an international environment
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
High level of service and team orientation
