Für unser Landhotel Rosenberger in 94110 Wegscheid suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt
Hausmeister (m/w/d)
in Voll- oder Teilzeit
Aufgaben

  • Wartung, Reparatur, Instandhaltung
  • Pflege des Außenbereichs
  • Einfache Wartungsarbeiten an Lüftung, Sanitär und Heizungsanlage
  • Entsorgung
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Handwerksberuf (Elektriker, Maler, Schreiner) sowie Berufserfahrung wäre wünschenswert, ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Höfliches Auftreten
