Hausmeister / Handyman (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Gewerkeübergreifende Arbeiten als Haustechniker Enge Zusammenarbeit mit direkten Kollegen im Facility Management Durchführung, Begleitung und Unterstützung der Wartung, Reparatur und Instandsetzung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen sowie Gebäudeinstallationen Selbstständiges Ausführen von Rundgängen sowie Betreiben der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen Koordination von Fremdfirmen und Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch Nachunternehmer Unterstützung des Teams im Event und Raum setup

Ihr Profil

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung aus dem Bereich des Handwerks Kenntnisse der gängigen Vorschriften, Verordnungen und Normen Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent Service-, Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Guter Umgang mit den gängigen PC-Programmen (MS Office, CAFM) Einen Führerschein der Klasse B
