3. Cost Optimization:

Analyze operational data to design cost-effective pricing models and cost-reduction strategies, balancing platform expenses with service provider profitability for mutual growth.

4. System Development:

Establish evaluation frameworks, training programs, and real-time data monitoring to refine management tools and elevate service provider performance.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Drive cross-functional process improvements and system integration to address operational challenges and foster a collaborative ecosystem.ip.
