Guest Relations Agent (m/f/d)
We aim to create a dream experience for our guests and are looking for a communicative, dedicated Guest Relations Agent (m/f/d) who enjoys fulfilling guest wishes and taking care of all matters related to their stay.

Your responsibilities:
Responding to all guest comments and inquiries (on-site, by email, or phone) Organizing and coordinating programs and special events Taking care of returning guests, VIPs, and Club Always members (including treatments)
Your profile:
A thoughtful, attentive host and a dependable guide throughout each guest’s stay A passionate host at heart Enjoys working in an international team; communicative and reliable Works independently and brings strong organizational skills and creative ideas Has an eye for detail and enjoys diverse challenges Good German and English language skills
