Your Tasks – Ready to grow with us?

Design, execute, and continuously refine data-driven growth strategies for customer acquisition and retention Identify and scale most effective channels such as SEO/GEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, and affiliate Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization throughout the entire customer journey Collaborate closely cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Development teams to identify new growth opportunities Monitor KPIs and report actionable insights and performance to management and stakeholders Stay ahead of the curve by identifying trends and innovations in digital marketing

What You Bring

A degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field Proven experience in digital performance marketing and growth marketing Hands-on know-how with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and testing experience A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to make a measurable impact
