We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Growth Marketer to drive revenue, increase customer engagement, and build brand awareness across key regions. Sitting at the intersection of marketing and sales, this role acts as the day-to-day strategic partner to our regional sales leads. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing regionally tailored, multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) campaigns that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. This is a high-impact role focused on fuelling growth, deepening market presence, and creating meaningful connections with target audiences.
Sales Partnership:
Act as the primary marketing point of contact for regional sales leads; align on pipeline goals, campaign priorities, and GTM strategy.
GTM Planning:
Develop and execute localized GTM plans for key regions, incorporating competitive context, and regional nuances.
Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with Marketing peers to build and manage multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns (email, events, paid media, ABM, etc.) tailored to regional needs and personas.
Event Management:
Plan and execute in-region events (hosted, sponsored, and third-party), ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, measure, and optimise regional campaign and event performance against KPIs including pipeline contribution, lead quality, and ROI.
Travel:
Ability to travel (up to 40%) to meet with regional sales teams and execute European events when necessary.

Your Profile
3–5 years of experience
in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in a high-growth or SaaS environment.
A proven track record
in building and executing field and event marketing programs, including content, trade shows, executive dinners, and webinars - and establishing a cross-functional feedback cycle to capture campaign and event insights, analyse outcomes, and share learnings with the broader marketing team to optimise future campaigns.
Strong foundation in marketing principles
, with the ability to apply segmentation, persona targeting, and journey mapping to drive campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills
and the ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders
English and German
business fluent (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Strong project management skills
and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
