We are looking for you!

Join one of the most sought-after TikTok Shop agencies in Europe and manage some of the world’s largest companies in the field of social commerce for the

French market

. From international luxury brands to popular consumer goods, you will support them in expanding their presence on TikTok in

France

and achieving real success. You will work closely with an experienced team that supports you and drives projects forward together.

Your Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the strategic direction of the client on TikTok Shop, including account strategy, pricing, and the overall P&L of the account for the French market. You are the central point of contact for our global clients and ensure clear, reliable, and friendly communication. You plan and oversee the implementation of short-video content and live formats, ensuring the necessary quality and quantity. You translate brand strategies and product goals into concrete tasks for our internal teams and creators. You keep track of timelines, capacities, and budgets and ensure that projects are implemented reliably. You create regular performance reports and derive clear, practical recommendations from them. You identify potential for additional services and work with the team on suitable solutions. You work closely with TikTok Shop representatives to quickly resolve challenges on the client side.

Your Profile:

A degree in business, economics, or a comparable qualification. Proven experience in e-commerce, for example in account management or supporting brands in digital sales channels. Ideally, experience working with international brands or within the French market environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. An open, warm, and professional demeanor, as well as confidence in client meetings. A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working. Experience in planning and managing content productions, particularly in the short-video or live sector.

Excellent French skills

as well as very good German and/or English skills. Residence in Cologne or the surrounding area.
