As a market leader for health supplements in Germany, we have ambitious plans to bring our great products to customers in Italy and challenge the local market leaders.
As our
Growth Manager Italy,
you will lead this effort and will be fully responsible to successfully develop our business. This is a mid-level role that combines a lot of hands-on execution with strategic involvement in Sunday Natural’s expansion in Italy.
You own Sunday Natural’s commercial success in Italy and work towards clear revenue and profitability goals
You build a deep understanding of the Italian market environment and identify what it takes to succeed by identifying local market trends and customer needs
You act as Sunday Natural's local representative and primary point of contact in Italy, establishing personal connections with key partners on the ground, such as health care professionals, clinics / gyms, influencers, editors, etc.
Especially for year one, you will execute most local activities yourself. These include:
+ Optimize ranking of your products on Google Shopping and maximize campaign performance
+ Reach out to health care professionals and work with them to recommend our products
+ Source influencers to organise great quality posts with them
+ Engage with editors, provide content to them and deliver press clippings
+ Organise and attend local events
+ Create social media posts and newsletters to build a community
+ Manage your webshop, launch new products, improve categories, and perform regular quality control You ensure a perfect end-to-end customer experience from product offering to webshop, content, customer service and operations
You work cross-functionally with teams in CRM, marketing, legal, product, operations, design and external teams to get support on executing your initiatives

Your profile
You have minimum 3 years experience in content, digital marketing, or eCommerce
Proven experience running cross-channel campaigns (PR, content, influencer, performance)
You have proven that you can take full ownership of your business
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand market dynamics
You are business minded, KPI-driven and entrepreneurial with a can do attitude
Willingness to get your hands dirty and do things yourself rather than delegating tasks
You are assertive and have a strong will to push through roadblocks
You have a good intuition for high-quality health content as well as interest or experience in health, nutrition, or longevity
You are very convincing in pitching a brand and explaining why the offering is so much better than all competitors
Italian on C2-level and fluent in English, basic German is a plus
