What you bring along
3+ years
of hands-on
growth/market expansion
experience (preferably in a leadership position) or similar in
consumer goods
(D2C/e-commerce) for
Spain
.
Proven track record of
scaling revenue
while keeping
CAC under control
; confident managing large budgets with full ownership and precise forecasting
Channel expertise
across paid media, creator/influencer, affiliate, CRM/lifecycle, and CRO — you know how these play together.
Data-driven mindset
: you live in dashboards (GA4, Meta/Google Ads, Klaviyo/CRM, BI tool) and make decisions from LTV/CAC.
Leadership
experience: you’ve managed a small team, set goals, coached performance, and built high-tempo rituals.
Strong collaboration
with creative/brand and performance teams; clear briefs, structured feedback, and crisp communication.
Spanish
(native-level) and
English
(fluent). Additional German is a plus.
Ownership, speed, and pragmatism — you ship, measure, learn, and iterate.
