Job To Do's
Together with the Commercial Director and the Leadership team, you develop a full-funnel commercial growth strategy and roadmap for the DACH market
You oversee AMORELIE’s marketing activities including commercial campaigns, product launches, and promotions and give input on campaign optimization for paid and organic channels throughout the whole marketing funnel
You align closely with both local and also global stakeholders within the AMORELIE Brand Team and the Shared Service teams of the EQOM group to drive efficiency and optimized results
You report on commercial KPIs and performance and brand metrics
You proactively identify growth opportunities for AMORELIE by analyzing existing data and market insights
You implement testing strategies throughout all channels to derive insights for growth and build scaleable frameworks for testing and optimization
You lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholder along different departments to deliver integrated growth initiatives
You report to the Commercial Director
You are an active member of the AMORELIE Leadership team

Skills
min. 4 years of experience in growth marketing, E-Commerce, performance marketing, or similar roles
Largely independent working, analyzing & implementing new approaches & processes
Strategic thinking and structured ways of working and self-organization
Strong data analysis skills and analytical mindset
Proven commercial background and thorough understanding of the marketing funnel
Proven success scaling customer acquisition and improving unit economics
Experience with A/B testing setups, incrementality, CRO and/or ROAS optimization
Test and learn mindset and hands-on attitude
Solution-oriented mindset, stretching boundaries and going the extra mile, constantly aiming for improving the current state
Very good project and stakeholder management skills
Team player, showing interest, empathy and taking care of your colleagues
Very strong communication skills in both English and German
Excellent presentation skills
