Your Scope



To support the recent centralization of all logistics operations and inventory management, Ardo is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Controller. This strategic Group-level role is essential for ensuring transparency, control, and continuous improvement of logistics and inventory performance across the organization. You will work closely with the Global Supply Chain Director and collaborate with the Group Controlling Manager. You will leverage your expertise in SAP Transport Management (SAP TM) and data analytics tools like Power BI to monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do:

Analyze logistics and inventory performance across all Ardo sites using SAP S/4HANA and SAP TM modules.

Develop, maintain, and report on logistics and inventory KPIs to support business performance and strategic decisions.

Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the centralized transport and inventory processes.

Collaborate with the IT and Controlling teams to enhance the use of SAP TM functionalities and data integration.

Deliver insights using Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and management-level stakeholders.

Drive process optimization initiatives to reduce costs, improve service levels, and increase visibility across the supply chain.

Coordinate with local logistics teams to ensure consistent application of group logistics standards and practices.

Support forecasting and budgeting processes from a logistics and inventory standpoint.

Act as a subject matter expert for SAP TM and inventory management within the organization.

Overall Reporting Responsibility of the Global Supply Chain Company (Principal).

Deliver Data and act as a sparring partner with the S&OP process.



Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and inventory management, preferably in an international or manufacturing environment.

Experience with SAP TM and good working knowledge of other SAP S/4HANA logistics modules.

Proficiency in logistics KPIs, cost analysis, and performance monitoring.

Solid analytical skills; Power BI knowledge is a strong plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or other European languages is an asset.

Willing to work on-site in Ardooie, with occasional travel to other Ardo sites as needed.
