Our newly established in-house fire department at Tesla Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg is looking for your enthusiasm for fire safety — your commitment — you!



You will serve in active duty as a Team Leader (Group Commander) as well as a Crew Leader or Driver/Operator, and you’ll also regularly work as a dispatcher in our Fire Alarm and Emergency Dispatch Center. In addition, you will lead a specific area of responsibility and a team delivering services across our workshops, production facilities, and support units.

What You'll Do

Serve as a full-time Group Leader, Crew Member, or Crew Leader in the plant fire department’s operational service Act as dispatcher in our Fire Alarm and Emergency Dispatch Center Maintain the operational readiness of our emergency vehicles and equipment Manage an assigned area of responsibility, including staff supervision Prepare and train full-time and part-time fire department personnel Provide training to employees, e.g., as fire safety and evacuation assistants Take on special projects related to concept development and personnel training
