As Group Information Security Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for global IT security across our data centers, all international locations, and in the cloud. You ensure the resilience and integrity of our systems and continuously develop our security standards and processes. In a dynamic retail environment, you drive innovative solutions to protect critical infrastructures and successfully implement the company's security strategy.
In particular, you willbe responsible for the global IT Security, reporting to the Director IT lead the entire internal and external Security Operation plan and conduct the entire ISMS process, implement Security Measures and supervise the actual status of the IT Security design and conduct Emergency and Penetration Tests and support audits report regularly about the actual security status represent the IT towards the Data Protection Officer
What you should bring along

Successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification with a focus on (business) informatics or IT security Several years of professional experience in the field of IT security Proven knowledge of relevant security standards (e.g. IT-Grundschutz, ISMS, ISO 27001/27002) In-depth expertise in IT security concepts (e.g. in the areas of networks, databases, encryption, virtualization, system operations), as well as project experience and know-how in application development and security Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken Proactive mindset and a structured, self-reliant, and independent working style Strong team spirit for a trustworthy and cooperative collaboration
