We are looking for a

Group Controlling & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

to strengthen our Headquarter team, working out of our Allershausen site near Munich.


Your tasks:


Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS) for the parent company in Japan Point of contact for subsidiaries in matters of controlling, finance, and corporate law-related issues Development of group-wide controlling tools in the areas of planning & forecasting, reporting, and cost management Assumption of the expert role for SAP-CO Participation in the development and implementation of accounting and controlling standards as well as reporting structures Independent management of projects in the controlling or group environment, both domestically and internationally Our expectation:

A dregree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance and accounting, or business informatics At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position or comparable field In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) as well as German GAAP (HGB) Proficient use of SAP FI/CO and good MS Office skills, especially Excel A strucutred, goal-oriented, and self-reliant working style Strong team and communication skills Experience with consolidation and management reporting software (e.g., IDL Konsis, SAP BPC) is desirable Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken We offer:
