Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile, trend-savvy, and concept-driven Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping how Lethal Cosmetics comes to life visually across all digital touchpoints, from ad campaigns and social media to newsletters and brand communications.
You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, product development, and eCommerce teams to create visually compelling content that engages our community and reflects Lethal’s bold, artistic identity. The ideal candidate combines strong design craftsmanship with a strategic understanding of brand storytelling and digital performance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Ad Design:
Create eye-catching ad creatives and visuals for digital marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity and performance goals
Social Media Content Creation:
Design engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, from static posts and animations to reels and story assets
Email & Digital Layouts:
Design layouts for newsletters, website banners, and other digital communications that drive engagement and conversion
Photo Editing & Retouching:
Edit, retouch, and optimize product and campaign photography to ensure all visuals meet Lethal’s high aesthetic standards
Trend Research & Creative Inspiration:
Identify design and aesthetic trends in the beauty and fashion industries to inform creative direction and campaign concepts
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team, product development, and photographers to translate campaign ideas into cohesive visual storytelling
Creative Support:
Support the wider team with additional creative tasks, such as presentation design, visual asset development, and event materials
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
Proven experience designing for digital marketing, eCommerce, and social media
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience in video editing and animation is a plus
Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, and color
Ability to balance creativity with performance goals and brand consistency
Experience in photo editing and retouching for campaigns and product visuals
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and bold visual storytelling
