To design the future of sport through market right products for the world’s biggest clubs as part of an international apparel design team in cooperation with marketing and development for the football department.
With an emphasis on graphic design, channel the roar of the supporters, capture the eye of fashion, and create the best for the athlete. Informed by our rich history of football excellence, with a focus on the future we aim to bring to life designs never seen before on pitch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create groundbreaking graphics that bring to life our apparel vision for the season.
Collaborate with fellow design teammates from all over the globe to create the new.
Define the balance between sport, fashion, and culture through creative design solutions.
Implement the creative vision into consumer relevant product ranges.
Self-Manage own creative process and execute towards given directions.
Execute design work according to the visual language of adidas as well as given Corporate Identity guidelines according to legal guidance.
Verbally present product ideas and details with clarity.
Ensure efficient process and communication flow between design, marketing and development for all issues regarding the designed ranges and products.
Ensure proper handover of tech packs into development, such as sketches, detail sketches, fabric and trim indication, artworks etc.
Visualize your designs by using 3D tools.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong Graphic Design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Clo3D, …)
Strong knowledge of fashion design/industrial product or industrial design
Strong presentation and communication skills
Good knowledge of product development, material and trims for assigned product range along with techpack experience.
High level of creativity. Bringing newness to the team.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Plus would be 3D Programs (Blender, Cinema 4D, …)
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree (B.A.) from a college or university, major Design or industrial product engineering, or equivalent experience in graphic/apparel design.
3 years of practical experience in design environment (Footwear/ Apparel/ Accessories - or industrial design, fashion design or similar design related areas)
