In this hybrid role, you connect Product, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, plan commercial launch strategies, and
turn insights into revenue
. You also lead our Sales Business Analyst activities to ensure our decisions are data-driven and our strategy is sharp.
You report directly to the Head of Commercial.
What will you own:
New Product Introductions / Go-To-Market
plan and run commercial launches,
make all departments launch-ready (Product, Sales, Marketing, KAM, Support)
ensure consistent messaging in every channel, including D2C
Commercial Steering + Sales Enablement
create pitches, playbooks, and battlecards together with Marketing & Sales
train sales teams on positioning, arguments & target groups
Business Analytics leadership
lead the Sales Business Analyst activities
analyse sell-in / sell-through/sell-out to identify opportunities & risks
portfolio & distribution gap analysis incl. recommendations for KAM
Quarterly commission calculation for the sales force
Business Intelligence improvement
continuously level up our BI dashboards, data models & reporting logic
build data standards for commercial steering
3–6 years in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or GTM roles
Bachelor's / Master's in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar
strong project management & cross-functional communication skills
data-driven mindset (BI affinity highly welcome)
knowledge of retail marketing & retail sales structures (DE is a plus)
