We’re looking for a headhunter-level recruiter to help us scale our team and bring the very best people worldwide into Warmwind.
Warmwind is building the first operating system for autonomous virtual employees – redefining how automation works through AI. As our recruiter, you won’t just manage a pipeline: you’ll hunt down exceptional talent across the globe, connect with people far beyond the obvious LinkedIn searches, and help us win candidates who could just as easily work at Google, DeepMind, or Apple.
Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting cycle – from crafting role profiles to closing offers
Proactively identify, approach, and win top-tier candidates globally, especially in deep tech, AI research, and product roles
Build networks and maintain relationships with passive candidates and hidden talent pools
Base understanding of technical requirements and tech-stacks
Coordinate interviews, ensure structured feedback, and deliver a world-class candidate experience
Partner with the founding team to shape hiring strategies and prioritize critical roles
Continuously refine processes (pipeline tracking, outreach playbooks, assessment structures) for speed and quality
Drive employer branding efforts and position Warmwind as the home for elite builders
Your Profile Must-haves
Proven experience in recruiting / headhunting for high-caliber technical roles, ideally in startups or deep tech
Track record of global talent acquisition, not just local recruiting
Creative, persistent, and fearless in approaching passive candidates and hard-to-reach profiles
Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage candidates at eye level
Organized, self-driven, comfortable running multiple searches in parallel
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche communities)
A solid base understanding of technical requirements and tech stacks, enabling you to spot true quality beyond buzzwords
A sharp sense for culture fit and long-term potential – beyond CV keywords
