Your Role

You are responsible for tactical & operative production planning for our Globigen Business Unit You safeguard the effective and efficient use of resources (people, machines, materials and space) and quality You monitor operational production outcomes and drive the continuous improvement of planning parameters, processes and standards You proactively support and follow-up on production-related complaints You manage and maintain all relevant processes and documentation in compliance with company standards within the QM and ERP systems You oversee egg powder raw material inventory and assess stock sufficiency according to production demand Beyond planning responsibilities, you take initiative to continuously improve procurement workflows and efficiency You are responsible for production KPI reports to support performance tracking and decision-making You support and lead production and procurement related projects

What you should bring to this position

You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field You have a background in production planning, supply chain or manufacturing coordination Next to very good communication and negotiation skills, your analytical thinking, problem-solving and strong organizational skills set you apart Ideally, you have first experience in project management You enjoy working with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central You bring a high level of initiative, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality. Your profile is rounded off by excellent German and English language skills
