GLOBAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (F/M/D)
Responsibilities


Support global sites in release and exceptional release decisions in close coordination with global functions Coordinate the resolution of complex product and quality issues, including deviations and investigations Develop, maintain, and harmonize global quality standards, inspection plans, and testing methods Monitor global quality trends and drive sustainable improvement actions across regions and plants Lead cross-functional projects to enhance quality control processes, operational excellence, and sustainability initiatives Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Laboratories, and Process Engineering to ensure customer-focused quality solutions Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%) to support sites, audits, and cross-functional initiatives Qualifications


Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience in quality or process environments Strong analytical and statistical skills, including structured root cause analysis Project management experience and confidence in making quality-related decisions Fluency in German and very good English skills with the ability to work effectively in an international, cross-cultural environment The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
