Global Manufacturing Quality Lead (m/f/d)

How you will create an impact

Further development and implementation of the global manufacturing quality platform with a focus on best practices, process harmonization, and sustainable improvement Training and support in the implementation of manufacturing processes and quality standards Conducting plant assessments, identifying quality gaps, and structured implementation of improvement measures Participation in investment analyses to ensure quality compliance with the global platform Management of the global pool of experts for manufacturing quality and coaching of junior staff in the area of operations & quality Support in audits and continuous updating of global and local quality control plans based on findings and root cause analyses

What are we looking for

Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering (bachelor's/master's), ideally with additional qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or industrial engineering Certified

Six Sigma Black Belt

(desirable) In-depth expertise in the

manufacture of power transformers

Experience in managing complex improvement projects with strong moderation skills Basic knowledge of

transformer design

is an advantage Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and strong communication skills in an international environment
