Wolt Drive is Wolt’s delivery-as-a-service business — enabling merchants to offer Wolt-grade delivery experiences directly from their own online channels. We help merchants across retail, restaurant, and new verticals grow their 1P sales through fast, reliable deliveries. As part of Wolt’s Commerce Platform, Wolt Drive connects logistics, product, and commercial capabilities to build the operating system for merchants.
We’re growing fast across 25+ countries. To keep the delivery quality that Wolt is known for, we’re hiring a Global Head of Drive Operations Excellence to take high-impact ownership of our operational performance and merchant experience globally as we're scaling continuously
What you’ll be doing
This role ensures Wolt delivers consistent, high-quality experiences for merchants and their customers — protecting our merchants’ reputation through reliable and fast deliveries, and ensuring that they get high-quality support for their issues. You’ll define how we measure, manage, and improve quality across markets, helping Wolt Drive be the trusted partner for merchants who rely on us to represent their brand.
You’ll work across operations, product, analytics, and local country teams to build scalable mechanisms that raise the bar on quality, showing measurable impact in quality metrics and business outcomes. A big part of your work will be to quantify and navigate the cost–quality trade-offs, ensuring that we make right investment decisions to improve customer experience.
