Your tasks




Development and maintenance of Business Intelligence on a global scale.

As a strategic partner to our global commercial teams you will:



Build and maintain a robust global Business Intelligence framework Deeply understand market dynamics, trends and customer behaviors; the competitive landscape, including existing and emerging players, their strategies, tactics and ambitions; Stakeholder motivations across HCPs, pharmacists, wholesalers and other key actors in the pharmaceutical environment Lead & execute qualitative and quantitative market research initiatives Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to guide decision-making across the organization Define BI requirements and implement advanced dashboards and analytic tools to: + Support commercial planning, budgeting and forecast
+ Measure the effectiveness of strategies across global and local teams by defining and tracking meaningful, purpose-driven KPIs aligned with commercial goals
+ Enable commercial scenario modelling and identify growth potential in collaboration with Global Brand Managers

Your qualification




Education




A Business or Science background and degree (Bachelor’s degree) is required MBA, PhD or other advanced degree is preferred

Leadership Experience




Leadership experience in cross functional, international “above-country” teams is highly beneficial (dotted line leadership) 5+ years in Business Analytics, Market Research or Commercial Operations within ethical, innovative pharmaceuticals Strong business acumen and analytical mindset

Skills & Technical Expertise



Proficiency in Business Analytics tools is required, including ability to self-develop technical tools, especially MS-Excel based, Power BI experience is a plus Proven track record in handling/managing support agencies is required Solid understanding of Brand Management, Market Access, Finance and Sales functions at (local and global level) is required

Competences & Personal Traits




Strategic thinker with strong communication and presentation skills Highly self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented Excellent project management and interpersonal skills Strong passion to drive for meaningful results

Language Capabilities




Fluency in English is required Fluency in German is highly beneficial
