Job Description

We are seeking a

Global Brand Category Manager (f/m/d)

who will play a pivotal role in shaping our global branded eyewear assortment . Sitting within the global team , you will collaborate closely with local markets , suppliers and strategy teams to build a balanced , relevant and commercially strong product offer . You will guide the global selection process , consolidate insights from all regions and ensure the final assortment reflects both global strategic direction and local customer needs . Through cross-functional partnership , structured communication and continuous market analysis , you will enable seamless implementation across countries and contribute to the long -term evolution of our global branded assortment .

Global Assortment Governance & Selection:

Lead the global assortment selection process by consolidating regional insights, guiding global selection days, and ensuring product choices reflect global strategy while addressing relevant local needs.

Cross-Market Collaboration & Communication:

Partner with local markets to understand performance and customer needs, ensure transparent communication of milestones and decisions, and support the translation of the global assortment into local operational plans

Supplier & Brand Partner Collaboration:

Work closely with Strategic Purchasing and Category teams to manage supplier engagement, coordinate Buying Day preparation and follow-up, and maintain effective governance routines with brand partners

Operational Excellence & Process Coordination:

Drive smooth global execution through clear timelines, tools, and templates; coordinate initial global orders; and collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to secure product availability and operational readiness

Market, Consumer & Competitor Insights:

Monitor global and local trends, competitor activity, and consumer shifts, integrating market-driven insights into global strategy and assortment decisions while validating inputs with regional teams.

Product Lifecycle & Assortment Performance:

Support the full product lifecycle—from introduction to phase-out—by tracking performance, identifying opportunities for SKU rationalization and margin improvement, and ensuring a balanced, commercially strong global assortment

You inspire us - your profile



Proven track record and extensive experience in

Category Management

(cross-category),

Brand Management or a comparable commercial/global role,

eyewear or fashion industry is an advantage

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

, with the ability to collaborate across markets, functions and suppliers

Highly organized and structured

, able to manage global timelines, processes and key milestones effectively

Strong analytical skills

and proficiency in tools such as

Excel

and

Power BI

(Anaplan knowledge is a plus)

Ability to consolidate data

and insights into clear, actionable recommendations and improve global coordination processes Fluent in

English

, additional

German skills

(or willingness to learn) or Italian is an advantage Willingness to
