Join Santen as a Key Account Manager – Ophthalmology with focus on Front-of-the-eye
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector? At Santen, we are committed to advancing eye care and improving the quality of life for patients worldwide. As a Pharmaceutical Representative, you will embody Santen’s philosophy and marketing vision, acting as a trusted partner to clinic-based ophthalmologists and selected resident eye doctors.
In this role, you will:

• Present the benefits of Santen’s innovative products with a focus on acquiring new prescribers and increasing prescription volume in clinics.
• Serve as the key point of contact at ophthalmology conferences and events.
• Organize and lead training sessions to educate and support healthcare professionals.
• Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets within your designated region.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience required

• Completed training, qualifying to work as pharmaceutical representative or certified pharmaceutical representative (Pharmareferentenprüfung)
• Field experience in the pharmaceutical/clinic sector or comparable sales experience
• German and English spoken and written (min. C1)
