Currently we are seeking a

German-speaking Talent Acquisition Business Partner

to manage end-to-end recruitment for our technology and consulting teams across diverse specializations. This role requires a proactive, strategic individual who can leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, competency assessments, background verifications, and industry expertise to attract and engage top-tier candidates.

Your Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define job requirements. Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent platforms. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the ATS: screening, interviewing, summary preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs. Ensure an excellent candidate experience and maintain employer brand presence. Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics, market trends, and talent availability. Collaborate with HR and business teams to align on workforce planning and talent strategies. Support internal talent development initiatives and engage in external recruitment activities, such as job fairs and collaborations with universities.
