evoli (www.evoli-shop.com) is an official Swarovski® Authorized Distribution Partner in the EU and a distributor partner for Carvico (Italy) performance fabrics. We work with ateliers and designers who create performance costumes (e.g., rhythmic gymnastics, dance, figure skating, stage & show). Our mission is to spread the beauty and sparkle of crystals and premium fabrics across fashion, sport, and beyond—and we want you to help us grow!
What you’ll do
Run smart cold & warm outreach via email and Instagram.
Nurture and expand our existing customer base.
Build long-lasting relationships with designers and ateliers worldwide.
Collect and channel customer feedback to influence product development.
Proactively improve sales and support processes.
Work in our CRM (create quotes/orders, generate shipping labels).
Help set up an AI support chatbot based on real support conversations.
What you bring
Fluent German and English (French is a plus).
Half-remote setup: ~1 day in our Berlin office, ~1 day remote per week.
No prior sales experience required—you love people and are curious about sales.
Competitive spirit: targets motivate you, and you enjoy generating revenue.
Comfortable on the phone; you convince with an open, empathetic manner.
You love closing deals and making customers happy.
Self-confident, proactive, and ownership-driven.
Strong listening and communication skills; a true team player.
A real feel for fashion/performance wear.
