Job Description

In order to support one of our strategic customer located in France and developping his activity in Germany, we are looking for a project quality manager.

Our customer, one of the leaders as industrial integrators for Rank 1 industrials / companies design and manufactures assembly lines, plateforms, special machines and heavy specific mechano welded tooling.

Mission

:

The Project Quality Manager carries out the necessary control and monitoring provisions within operational projects to guarantee the compliance of the services provided to the customer. He is therefore mainly involved in the management and control of the quality documentation. In addition, the Project Quality Manager provides proactive support to the stakeholders of the projects to identify, analyze, process and close any internal or external (suppliers and customer) non-conformities that may occur.

Key Responsibilities

:

- Be the relay of the Quality Manager for the follow-up of Ascent’s German projects,

- Ensure the harmonization of working methods between projects in line with the company's processes, internal procedures and best practices,

- Provide support in identifying, understanding and managing customers, regulatory and normative requirements,

- Participate in the creation of the project's Quality Assurance Plan and ensure compliance with the provisions,

- Check the deliverable documentation addressed to the customer,

- Prepare and participate in technical reviews of design, end of manufacture and installation,

- Ensure the immediate and corrective treatment of non-conformities (evaluation of the cost and effectiveness of corrective actions),

- Conduct quality inspections on the produced products by verifying compliance with the specifications.

Know-how:

Knowledge of quality standards and way of working, procedures, documentation, deliverables, non-conformity treatment, problem solving Knowledge of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE Methodological mastery for risk analyses and FMEA, Mastery of ISO 9001 quality management standards, including the preparation and management of "Quality Gates" (minimum 3 years' experience in the application of these standards in companies), Experience in quality management in turnkey and tailor-made industrial projects, Experience in the deployment of improvement actions, Proficiency in the English language, ability to conduct a meeting in English (B2 > 785 TOEIC points).
