You will make an impact in the following way:

Design, develop, and deploy generative AI-powered features, supporting use cases in operation of industrial networks and OT data Operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Technology, Tech Support to integrate GenAI capabilities into cloud, edge, and hybrid environments Build and maintain scalable, secure, and privacy-compliant AI pipelines for ingesting and processing network telemetry, user interactions, and knoledge-bases Develop and fine-tune LLM-based agents for domain-specific tasks Contribute to the architecture and implementation of the agent registery, chat orchestration, and session management Support the creation of knowledge base articles and ticket automation using AI-generated insights Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, deployment, and monitoring in AWS environments

What you will bring:

Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field Experience – At least 2 years of professional experience in software development in AI/ML or GenAI projects Knowledge & skills – Proficient in Python and Java with experience building production-grade AI/ML systems using LLMs and GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI), deploying on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation), working with data lakehouse architectures (e.g., Apache Iceberg), time-series data, and applying MLOps/DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC) and secure software development principles Personality – Enjoy working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams, actively contributing to shared goals while also taking initiative and ownership of tasks and responsibilities Language proficiency – Fluency in English as well as ability or willingness to work in German-speaking teams
