In der verantwortungsvollen Position des Gebietsleiters sind Sie für die Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Neugewinnung unserer Fachhandelspartner („Motoristen“), innerhalb Ihrer vordefinierten Region verantwortlich. Dabei steuern Sie selbstständig die vertrieblichen Aktivitäten unserer Garten- und Outdoor Marken wie u.a. Cub Cadet, DEWALT und WOLF-Garten. Vertrags- und Konditionsverhandlungen innerhalb Ihrer Region (PLZ Bereich „40-59“) gehören ebenfalls dazu und Sie behalten die definierten Umsatz- sowie Margenziele im Fokus. Operativ unterstützen Sie unsere Fachhandelspartner durch Produktschulungen und Demonstrationen vor Ort. Innerhalb des Teams und für unsere Kunden agieren Sie stets motiviert und lösungsorientiert.

AnforderungenKaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung Wünschenswert ist eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Außendienst idealerweise im Garten-/Werkzeugbereich Technisches Verständnis Sicherer und kompetenter Umgang mit Kunden und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Kommunikationsstärke Hohe strategische und konzeptionelle Kompetenz sowie Organisationstalent Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse Hohe Reisebereitschaft in der verantwortlichen Region Sie wohnen im angegebenen Verkaufsgebiet
