- Collect the PRs in the Ariba GB system
- Confirm the data included by the Requestor in the system
- Check availability of supply and secure the commercial conditions up to date
- Support the Category Managers and Strategic Buyers to create and upload supplier catalogues in the systems
- Check possibility to bundle purchase requisitions
- Track & monitor deliveries
- Contact supplier
- Initiate escalation
- Update purchase order
- Team player with ability to work in a fast-moving environment and the ability to prioritize
- Analyse complex matters and make logical conclusions
- Able to network comfortably with people of different backgrounds
- Adept at report writing and presenting findings
- Fluent in English and be able to listen and express orally and in writing
- German is a strong plus
- Diligent & hardworking
