Who we are

Sandbox Interactive is the ambitious game development studio behind the award-winning game Albion Online. The game is the first true cross-platform MMO, and is playable on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android with more than 350.000 daily players and over 2 million monthly visitors on our website. We started as a small independent group of experienced gaming professionals in 2012, and now employ an international team of more than 100 people. Since 2020, Sandbox Interactive has been part of the Stillfront Group. Your Game

As Game Producer, you’ll take ownership of our Art and Content production pipelines, ensuring smooth workflows, efficient scheduling, and the timely delivery of high-quality assets. You’ll manage the Art team, aligning their work with feature and product priorities, and making sure asset planning matches the needs and timelines of development.


This role is all about collaboration. You’ll be the bridge between Art and Feature teams, balancing capacity, dependencies, and creative goals. Most importantly, you thrive in environments where open communication, mutual support, and shared goals drive team success.

Lead production for the Art team, managing pipelines across concept, 2D, 3D, animation, character & environment art, VFX, Level Design and audio Plan schedules, milestones, and dependencies to keep Art production smooth and on time Work closely with feature teams to understand their asset needs and timelines, and adjust Art planning accordingly Prioritize tasks in alignment with the backlog and product goals Facilitate agile workflows, keeping the Art team focused and supported Ensure high-quality standards are met through reviews, polish, and iteration Foster collaboration and open communication, helping the team solve challenges together and continuously improve

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in game production, with strong focus on Art and content pipelines Proven ability to manage capacity, plan dependencies, and keep complex schedules on track Proficiency with Jira and Confluence A collaborative mindset and passion for building supportive, high-performing teams Excellent organizational skills Solid communication skills (presentation, verbal and written) in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on MMORPGs or other large-scale online games Previous experience leading cross-functional teams (Art, Design, Engineering, QA, Audio) Familiarity with live game services and outsourcing workflows
