WHAT YOU WILL DO

At Synera, we’re rethinking how engineers build products, by automating complex design processes and weaving cutting-edge AI into the engineering stack. You will join the Agentic Ants - Danny, Violetta, Angelo, Ahmed and Ram - to work on our new product that brings multi-agent systems to Synera. Within this cross-functional team, you will be responsible for the API layer as well as the web frontend that our customers will use to interact with these agents on a daily basis.





What a potential week at Synera could look like:

After joining our all-hands meeting on Monday you kick off the week by collaborating with the Product Manager and UX Designer, helping them shape the next big feature by answering a few technical questions and sharing your input early in the process. You align with our LLM Engineer to refine the feature scope and then join the whole team to plan the sprint, with a shared focus on delivering real value to users. During the sprint, you're building and improving functionality in both our FastAPI backend and Vue.JS frontend, squashing a few bugs along the way. You open clear and well-documented pull requests, and spend time reviewing your teammates’ code, offering constructive feedback and picking up a few new tricks yourself. Midweek, you join our developer knowledge-sharing session, where we explore new ideas, tools, or lessons learned from recent work. On Friday afternoon, you carve out some time to hack together a small prototype for a feature you believe our users will love, or just to try out something cool you've been thinking about.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Even if you don't meet these criteria perfectly but believe you have lots to bring to the role, we encourage you to apply. We know it's tough, but please keep in mind that you don't have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role.

You are proficient in Python and FastAPI or a similar backend library. You are also solid in Vue.JS or a similiar frontend framework. You work with relational databases like Postgresql. You have proven experience in working in a cross-functional agile team. You have experience with complex engineering software. You have a degree in Computer Science or in related fields. You might have experience with - or you are curious about - AI/LLM libraries such as LangGraph.
