Part/Full time Accountant / Accounting Assistant
who can take ownership of daily bookkeeping-related tasks, support financial operations, and ensure smooth collaboration with our tax advisor.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
structured finance operations
, is detail-oriented, and can manage recurring accounting tasks reliably.
You will work closely with the CEO and external tax advisor to ensure that invoices, payments, expenses, and bookkeeping documentation are correctly tracked and prepared.
This position offers long-term stability with opportunities to grow into a broader Finance Ops / Accounting role as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Assistant
Daily invoice issuance, tracking, and reconciliation
Daily payment monitoring and coordination with banks/payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, etc.)
Payment approval support and follow-ups
Bookkeeping support and preparation of accounting records for the external accountant/tax advisor
Coordination with external accountant and tax advisor (Steuerberater)
Monthly expense review, categorization, and documentation
Support for VAT-related documentation and payment follow-ups
Maintaining bookkeeping hygiene and ensuring completeness of receipts and supporting files
Additional Responsibilities
Process improvement for administrative and accounting workflows
Supporting internal controls and documentation standards
Acting as a reliable anchor for daily operations across teams
Identifying gaps or inefficiencies in finance-related admin processes and proposing improvements
What You Bring (Your Profile)
2+ years of experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, finance operations
Experience with bookkeeping/accounting software (DATEV, Zoho books, odoo, etc.) is
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle recurring tasks reliably
Basic understanding of bookkeeping processes and accounting documentation
Confident working with Excel / Google Sheets and digital tools
fluent in German (Korean is a plus)
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and proactively solve small operational problems
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 30.000,00€ - 40.000,00€ per year
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
