Avocado Communications GmbH, based in Berlin, supports Asian beauty brands entering and operating in the European market through integrated commerce, logistics, and compliance services.

Our sub-brand

Seoul Onni

is a fast-growing K-beauty online store and creator incubation platform.

We are currently building a SaaS platform to help international brands manage EU-related compliance processes.
To support our daily operations and client projects, we are looking for a reliable

Administrative Assistant (Compliance & Operations)

.

Position Overview



This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys structured work.

You will support our team in handling

administrative and operations tasks

, especially related to

compliance registrations, client communication, document handling, and invoicing support

.
No deep compliance expertise is required — we provide onboarding and training — but you should be comfortable working with documentation, deadlines, and communication with external parties.

Key Responsibilities



Compliance & Documentation Support

Support compliance-related registrations and filings (e.g., VAT/EPR/CPNP – training provided) Collect, organize, and prepare documents required for submissions Maintain clear records and ensure deadlines are tracked
Communication & Coordination

Communicate with clients, partners, and service providers via email and phone Coordinate with external consultants (tax advisors, compliance service providers, etc.) Follow up on missing documents and keep projects on track
Invoicing & Admin Tasks

Support invoice creation and tracking for client projects Maintain organized files for accounting handover (receipts, invoices, records) Track payments and follow up on open items when needed
Operations Support

Assist in improving internal workflows, templates, and documentation systems Support general operations tasks as needed in a fast-growing international company
Your Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Confident communication skills in German (Korean is a plus) Comfortable working with Google Workspace and Excel/Google Sheets Reliable, proactive, and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently Interest in e-commerce, compliance, or international business operations is a plus
