The Role

You are a passionate engineer who enjoys taking ownership, making technical decisions and building sustainable software architectures. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop innovative digital healthcare solutions with real impact.

Your Responsibilities

Analyse and implement complex requirements in collaboration with product management, UX, and medical domain experts. Develop robust end-to-end features across frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python or comparable) technologies. Design and maintain scalable software architectures with clearly documented dependencies. Apply security-by-design principles and protect systems against common vulnerabilities such as SQL injections. Ensure high software quality through unit, integration, and contract tests, as well as observability using logs, metrics, and traces. Contribute to modern CI/CD processes and cloud deployments using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or GitHub Actions. Actively participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with data and AI teams to develop intelligent tools that make both development and clinical processes more efficient.

Your Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development of production applications. Strong skills in React and TypeScript, and at least one backend language such as Python or comparable. Experience designing and implementing APIs (REST or GraphQL) and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL). Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and modern CI/CD workflows. Strong focus on code quality, security, and performance. Open to new technologies, especially AI-supported development. Team player with clear communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration.
