What we do at meinGPT

Our goal is to make AI truly usable for everyone. To achieve this, we focus on three complementary areas:

The meinGPT Platform gives everyone secure access to the most important AI models and brings together practical tools like image generation and meeting summaries in one place. With meinGPT Academy, we gradually introduce people to practical AI usage - through an interactive and personalized learning platform. In our Custom AI Projects, we develop AI solutions for more complex use cases for our customers.
The numbers show this approach works: At our pilot customer LAUDA, 76% of employees actively use AI, saving over 1,400 working hours per month - that's equivalent to annual savings of 1.62 million euros.

What you'll be doing with us

You'll develop meinGPT further with React in the frontend and TypeScript in the backend - while focusing on clean UX and code quality You'll conduct code reviews and support your junior colleagues in growing beyond their limits You'll create test concepts and tests to keep our system quality high You'll make technology decisions and help shape the technical architecture You'll implement DevOps principles and create/maintain CI/CD pipelines for our Kubernetes hosting
During your time with us, you'll mainly work together with our CTO Matthias.

What you bring to the table

You already have 3-5 years of experience in full stack development with JavaScript / TypeScript (also welcome as a working student). You've been involved in strategic technology decisions in previous projects. You live in Germany and have German work authorization.

Technical Skills

You're a React expert and confidently use it for responsive, user-friendly interfaces. APIs are your playground: You design and implement them confidently with TypeScript. PostgreSQL and SQL are familiar technologies for you in the database area. You know your way around CI/CD pipelines and can set them up and maintain them. Clean code is important to you - and you conduct thorough, constructive code reviews. Test automation is part of your daily dev routine.
