Job Description

Optimise and expand last-mile delivery networks, monitoring both 1P and 3P performance to ensure a high-quality fulfilment experience for customers and merchants. Analyse fulfilment data including delivery timeliness, lost parcel rates, and complaint ratios, identifying root causes and driving issue resolution. Conduct cost and settlement analysis for last-mile operations, identifying opportunities to enhance cost efficiency and delivery success rates. Evaluate and select logistics service providers, addressing process bottlenecks and implementing data-driven improvements in efficiency and performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, IT, and customer service teams to upgrade fulfilment systems and workflows, ensuring scalable and reliable end-to-end delivery operations.
