Your responsibilities with us:

Checking guests in and out Ensuring smooth and professional operations throughout the hotel during the night shift Responsibility for security during the night (multiple inspection rounds) Supporting and advising our international guests, taking special requests into account Receiving and relaying telephone calls and messages Professional complaint handling Carrying out the daily closing Processing and carrying out room service orders Creating various reports and statistics * Sharing responsibility for the training, development and support of team members during the night shift
