Job Description

As the Front Office Manager, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that all visitors and clients receive a warm welcome and outstanding service. You will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, manage a team of front office staff, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role for at least for 1 year Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive demeanor and passion for the hotel industry Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office, Opera, Outlook Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Fluent in both German and English (additional languages are a plus)
Additional Information

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the front office team, including training, leadership, motivation, and supervision of staff Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times Oversee the check-in and check-out process for clients and visitors Active support of the Front Office team in daily operations Complaints management and resolve issues promptly Maintain and update front office records and reports Strategic, administrative, and operational management of the Front Office Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Implement and monitor internal policies and procedures
