Your tasks:

Check-in and check-out as well as advising and assisting guests Ensuring a smooth and service-oriented workflow at the front office Monitoring reservations and checking the room situation Accounting of daily revenue and reporting Cash register operation and administration

Your profile:

You have completed training in the hotel industry, preferably initial professional experience at reception is desirable, but not a must You are business fluent in German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage Enjoy dealing with international guests Preferably knowledge of the Opera hotel software proficiency in the MS Office package
