Check- in und -out, sowie die Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste Einhaltung und die Beachtung der Marriott sowie der "Bierwirth & Kluth" Standards Einbringen von Ideen zur Steigerung der Gästezufriedenheit Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes am Empfang Operative sowie administrative Tätigkeiten

Qualifikationen & Skills

Berufsausbildung im Hotelfach oder Berufserfahrung im Empfangsbereich Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch Vorkenntnisse mit dem Buchungssystem Opera sind von Vorteil aber kein Muss Teamfähigkeit, Motivation und Empathie Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein Flexibilität und eigenständiges Arbeiten Gastorientiertes Denken und Handeln

Neueinsteiger in der Hotellerie sind ebenfalls herzlich Willkommen.
